State Sen. Nick Miller, D-14th, and state Rep. Jeanne McNeill, D-133rd, will be hosting a seniors and veterans expo 9 a.m.-noon May 2 at Whitehall Mall, 1259 Whitehall Mall.

The free event will have various government agencies and health care organizations on hand to offer information, resources and screenings for attendees.

“I am proud to once again partner with state Rep. Jeanne McNeill on our collaborative seniors and veterans expo,” Miller said. “My office is committed to diligently providing our constituents with essential resources, ranging from property tax/rent rebate applications to assistance in accessing state services. This event will allow us to address the needs of our seniors and veterans comprehensively and connect them with other community resources.”

“Meeting the needs of our seniors and our veterans are top priorities for myself and for Sen. Miller,” McNeill added. “Both of us do our absolute best to make sure that the seniors and veterans we represent are kept informed about and receive the state services that are available to them.
