Thursday, April 17: Easter meal: Baked ham, praline sweet potatoes, asparagus, roll with margarine, coconut custard pie.

Friday, April 18: Closed for Good Friday.

Monday, April 21: Spinach with hot bacon dressing, baked tilapia,rice pilaf, crinkle cut carrots, lemon bar.

Tuesday, April 22: Tomato juice, Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, seasoned broccoli florets, heat bread with margarine, cake and ice cream.

Wednesday, April 23: Italian hoagie, cole slaw, chip, fresh fruit.

Thursday, April 24: Cranberry juice, roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, diced pears.

Friday, April 25: Mixed green salad with Italian dressing, Italian sausage on a roll w/ peppers and onions, home fries, banana mousse.
