Wednesday, April 16: Hot: Sloppy joe, roasted potato wedges, carrot coins, whole-wheat sandwich roll, pound cake with berries. Lite: Turkey pepperoni and cheese sandwich, four bean salad, whole-wheat sandwich roll, orange.
Thursday, April 17: Hot: Easter meal: Stuffed Cordon Bleu chicken breast, peas and pearl onions, roasted baby potatoes, whole-wheat dinner roll, pound cake with berries. Lite: Spring salad with turkey, salad greens, whole-wheat dinner roll, mango.
Friday, April 18: Center closed for Good Friday.
Monday, April 21: Hot: Breaded pork patty with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, whole-wheat dinner roll, Jello. Cold: Turkey and gouda sandwich , cucumbers with ranch, whole-wheat bread, mango.
Tuesday, April 22: Hot: BBQ chicken sandwich, beets, chicken chili, whole-wheat sandwich roll, strawberry banana applesauce. Cold: Tuna salad platter, salad greens, whole-wheat dinner roll, fresh orange.
