State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, report the following:

• A 54-year-old woman from New Tripoli called police to a property on Lyon Valley Road, Lowhill Township, at 6:19 a.m. March 15 for a trespassing incident.

She reported unidentified people fled before police arrived. Police say the trespassers were on the property to remove wood and beams from the woman’s barn but no signs of access to the barn were visible.

• Troopers responded to a Protection From Abuse violation at 1:11 p.m. March 15 on Camp Meeting Road, Lynn Township.

The response resulted in an individual being charged with violating the order by communicating with the person who had obtained the PFA.

• A 38-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man, both of New Tripoli, were cited for harassment after police responded to a verbal domestic between the partners at 9:32 p.m. March 14.

The incident occurred on Jefferson Court, Lynn Township.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash 5:18 p.m. March 9 on Decatur Street in Lynn Township.

Police did not identify the drivers of the vehicles but said a 2009 Lexus traveling east hit the back of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that was also eastbound but stopped because of a large farm tractor in front of it.

Troopers say the Lexus had disabling front-end damage and was towed from the scene. The Jeep was damaged but was driven from the scene.

• Kory M. Wagner, 47, of Summit Hill, was cited after a two-vehicle crash 5:56 a.m. March 12 on Route 309 in Lynn Township, Troopers say. No one was injured in the incident.

According to Troopers, Wagner was driving a 2024 Nissan Versa northbound when it struck the back bumper of the trailer on a 2006 Peterbilt driven by Chris A. Arrao Sr., 54, of Doylestown.

• Troopers say the driver of a vehicle that crashed at 7:39 p.m. March 15 on Memorial Road, Lynn Township, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The driver was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center for processing. Police did not provide any other details of the crash.
