Saturday storytime is set for 11 a.m. April 19 for ages 3-8 at Whitehall Township Public Library. Join us for stories, songs, crafts and playtime.

The spring book sale will be held 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April 25 and 26. There will be a bag sale held noon-3 p.m. April 26, and patrons must use the bag provided.

Join us for a screening of “Free for All: The Public Library,” set for 6 p.m. May 1. The film tells the story of the pioneering women behind the free library movement to today’s librarians who service the public despite working in a contentious age of closures and book bans.

Kids in grades 3-6 can enjoy the Creation Station: Weird Water program 6 p.m. May 21. Learn about the flow of water in narrow spaces.

The library has a number of clubs that meet monthly.
The book club for adults meets 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. Come discuss what you’re currently reading.
The coloring club for adults meets 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays and 5:30-7:30 p.m. the first Tuesday.
The Good Yarn group meets for knitting, crocheting and other needle crafts 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month.
The Death Cafe, a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes, meets 6:30 p.m. the third Monday.

The library’s regular hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
