Scott R. Lakatosh, 59, of Slatington, died April 5, 2025, at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the late LeeAnn (Heiney) Lakatosh.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Eleanor L. (Metzger) Lakatosh of Slatington and the late Robert A. Lakatosh.

He was a 1985 graduate of Whitehall High School.

He worked at Lehigh Valley Health Network and Bridesburg Foundry in Whitehall.

He was a member of United Church of Christ, Greenawalds.

He was a member of Diamond Fire Company, Walnutport.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sisters, Susan J. Borger and husband Ray of Whitehall, Sandra J. of Bethlehem and Diane L. Molchany and husband Tony of Whitehall; seven nieces; eight great-nieces; two great-nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by a sister, Linda A.

There will be a calling time 1-2:30 p.m., followed by a celebration of life 2:30 p.m., May 4 at the funeral home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
