Spring break will take place April 17 and 18. There will be no school on April 21 for a Teacher In-Service Day.

PSSA testing in English language arts for students in third through eighth grades will take place April 22-24.

Mathematics testing will be on April 28 and 29.

Students in fifth and eighth grade will also take a PSSA test in science on April 30 and May 1.

Northwestern Elementary

Second-grade classes will be presenting a musical performance for their families beginning at 10 a.m. April 16 in the gymnasium.

Doreen Cronin, author of “Click Clack Moo Cows that Type,” will visit the school all day on April 15.

Weisenberg Elementary

Third marking period awards assembly for students in kindergarten, and first and second grades will take place 9:30-10:30 a.m. April 11.

A third marking period awards assembly for students in third, fourth and fifth grades will take place 10:30-11:30 a.m. on April 11.

The PTO’s spring event will take place all day on April 16.

Middle School

The spring musical “Disney Moana Jr.,” will be performed from 7-9:30 p.m. on May 2 and 3 and 2-3:30 p.m. on May 4 in the auditorium.

No tickets will be sold at the door.
