“The Addams Family: High School Edition,” with ironically macabre characters created by Charles Addams for his single-panel New Yorker magazine cartoons, lurches onto the stage, 6:30 p.m. April 10, 11, 12; 2 p.m. April 13, auditorium, Saucon Valley High School, 2100 Polk Valley Road, Hellertown.

Director Lex Donatelli is assisted by Assistant Director Tori Miller, Vocal Director Tori Miller, Set Designer Koray Girton, Choreographers Lizzie Trostle and Tori Scovens and Stage Manager Courtney Ziegler.

With music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, the musical comedy debuted on Broadway in 2010. The original Broadway production received two Tony Award nominations.
