Lehigh Carbon Community College will offer a series of sessions to help students and families file for financial aid before the priority deadline of May 1 for Pennsylvania State Grant eligibility.
The workshops, held at the three LCCC sites, will help families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) State Grant Application.
The workshops are for any students or future students attending any college that uses the FAFSA or PHEAA State Grant Application to determine financial aid assistance such as grants, scholarships, work-study or student loans. Students and families will have the opportunity to work with a financial aid advisor to answer questions about filing these applications.
Three workshop sessions at each site are available:
4, 5, 6 p.m. April 17, Morgan Center, Tamaqua
4, 5, 6 p.m. April 22, Donley Center, Allentown
4, 5, 6 p.m. April 23, Main Campus, Schnecksville
Spanish-speaking staff members will be available to assist at the Main Campus and Donley Center.
Registration requested and is available online. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on available space.
