Ruth I. Snyder, 92, of Orefield, died March 26, 2025, in Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation, South Whitehall.

She was the wife of the late Paul F. Snyder.

Born May 15, 1932, in Lynn Township, she was the daughter of the late Alvin G. and Ella L. (Krause) German.

She was a sewing machine operator in various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring.

She was a member of Weisenberg Lutheran Church, New Tripoli.

Her survivors include a son, Dennis P. Snyder and his wife, Kathleen, of Orefield; grandchildren Timothy and Kimberly; and great-grandchildren Jacob, Nathan, Ella and Evelyn.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Dena K. Dalmas.
