Girls looking to get on track
The Northampton girls lacrosse team had some tough matches in recent games, falling to Nazareth 18-4 and Emmaus 18-1.
Against the Eagles, the Kids fell behind 9-1 after one quarter.
Lauren Reznick had two goals and two assists in the loss. Mary Drosnock and Taylor Dotter each added a goal. Three goalies saw action with Aubrie Rockovits getting two saves, Kailyn Mollenkof three and Emily Drosnock two.
Nazareth was led by Julia Novak who scored five goals and added an assist in the win.
Against Emmaus, Abby DiComes scored four goals to lead the way for the Hornets.
Grace Robers added the Kids goal. Rockovits had six saves and Maggie Woolslayer had two.
The girls did post a recent win over Upper Perk, winning 9-6. The girls fell behind 2-1 after one but the Kids took over from there and led the rest of the way.
Dotter had three goals and Reznick had five goals. Kylie McFetridge had a goal and one assists.
Rockovits got the win with nine saves.
The girls also fell to Liberty 16-3.
The Hurricanes were led by Ellis Corr and Lily Medaska who each had four goals.
Northampton contributors were Dotter, Reznick and Brooke Spadaccia with one goal each. Rockovits made 13 saves.

The Northampton boys are 1-5 so far this season with recent losses to Nazareth, Emmaus and Central Catholic.
