Dorothy Trinkle, 87, of Whitehall, died March 25, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Richard P. Trinkle.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Mathias and Ida (Wechsler) Geosits.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She is survived by a daughter, Victoria Mottau; a son, Rick and wife Lisa; five grandchildren, Alicia, Stephanie with Jonathan, Eric, Jennifer with Colby and Kayla with Douglas; six great-grandchildren, Gianna, Ava, Dominick, Jackson, Juliana and Olivia; two sisters, Ida with Charles and Helen; two brothers, Joseph and John; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Anna; and a companion, Charles Dreisbach.

There will be a calling time 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10:30 a.m., April 4 at the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay.
