Thursday, March 27: Crudite, turkey tetrazzini, collard greens, pecan pudding.

Friday, March 28: Broccoli cheese soup, coconut mango tilapia, wild rice or Scandanavian blend vegetables, banana.

Monday, March 31: Garden salad w/ creamy talian dressing, Italian dressing, shepherd’s pie, German vegetable blend, diced peaches.

Tuesday, April 1: Chicken noodle soup, hot shredded roast beef on a Kaiser roll, three bean salad, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday, April 2: Macaroni & cheese, stewed tomatoes, Capri blend mixed vegetables, shortbread cookie.
