Ziegels Union Church, 9990 Ziegels Church Road, Breinigsville, will present, “The Pennsylvania Germans: Past, Present and Future,” by Dr. William W. Donner, Ruth Freyberger Professor of Pennsylvania German Studies, Kutztown University, at 1 p.m. March 29.

This free presentation is one of several events the church will be offering for the community throughout the year to celebrate its 275th anniversary.

Light refreshments will be served. Bring an item to donate to the Christ’s Church at Lowhill Food Pantry.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 8227 Hamilton Blvd., Breinigsville, will have a spring penny party and basket raffle with refreshments and bake sale on April 5. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Game begins at 1 p.m.

The penny party will include 10-15 baskets, 10-15 gift cards and 100-200 small items for bidding.

The basket raffle will include 10-15 baskets for attendees to bid on. Food, beverages, and baked goods will be available for purchase.

St. John’s UCC, 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, is having an Easter Egg Hunt on April 5. Rain date is April 6.

The hunt is for children ages 12 and under.
