Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

FEB. 17

Traffic stops were conducted in the 200 block of Main Street, at West 17th and Main streets and at West 19th and Center streets.

A civil matter in the 100 block of Stark Street was reported.

Domestic disputes occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street and the 1000 block of Canal Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1000 block of Main Street.

FEB. 18

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street and at Canal and West 21st streets.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

A suspected DUI at East Ninth and Main streets was investigated.

FEB. 19

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1200, 2000 and 2300 blocks of Main Street, at Main and East Fourth streets, at East Ninth Street and Dewey Avenue, at West 10th and Canal streets, at Main and East 17th streets and in the 1400 block of Newport Avenue.

Police assisted a male in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue and a female in the 1800 block of Franklin Street.

Two suspicious males looking into parked vehicles in the 900 block of Main Street were reported.

A civil matter took place in the 1200 block of Main Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 and 1800 blocks of Main Street, on West Ninth Street, at West 10th and Canal streets, at Main and Bridge streets, at Main and East 13th streets, at West 21st and Canal streets, at Canal and Stewart streets, at Canal and Stark streets and at Stewart Street and Czapp Avenue.

Officers responded to a reported hit and run at Northampton Avenue and East Ninth Street. The driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was damaged.

FEB. 21

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 2400 block of Cherryville Road and a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A civil matter in the 800 block of Held Drive was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of East 20th Street, at East 21st and Main streets, at East Eighth and Main streets and in the 900 and 1000 blocks of Main Street.

In the 400 block of East Ninth Street and the 1800 block of Newport Avenue, reports of neighbor complaints were addressed.

Officers assisted Lehigh Township police in the 700 block of View Drive, Lehigh Township.

A disturbance in the 1200 block of Newport Avenue was reported.
