Wednesday, March 12: Mixed green salad w/ sweet Vidalia onion dressing, pasta Primavera Florentine w/ chicken, green beans, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Thursday, March 13: Breaded pork chop w/ gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, balsamic glazed vegetable, wheat bread w/ margarine, blueberry cobbler.

Friday, March 14: Cream of cauliflower soup, home style meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, Sicilian vegetable blend, iced banana cake.

Monday, March 17: St. Patrick’s Meal: Corned beef and cabbage, boiled potatoes, Emerald Isle salad, chocolate mint chip cookie, rye bread with margarine.

Tuesday, March 18: Cream of tomato, basil and rice soup, Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, seasoned broccoli florets, wheat bread w/ margarine, cake and ice cream.

Wednesday, March 19: Italian hoagie, coleslaw, chip, fresh fruit.

Thursday, March 20: Italian wedding soup, roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, diced pears.

Friday, March 21: Mixed green salad with Italian dressing, Italian sausage on a roll w/ peppers and onions, home fries, banana mousse. Baked fish available.
