Margaret Ann Wieder, 80, formerly of Emmaus, died March 3, 2025, in Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehab in Allentown. Born in Topeka, Kan., she was a daughter of the late Albert and Connie (Schiffelbein) Deghand. She was the loving wife of the late Jack G. Wieder with whom she shared 42 years of marriage.

She graduated from Hayden High School in 1962. She was an administrative assistant at St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing where she worked for the dean of nursing. She retired in 2008.

She was a member of St. Ann’s Church, Emmaus, where she also volunteered during St. Ann’s Church Fall Fest.

She is survived by her sons, Randy S. and his wife, Rachel, Mark A. and his wife, Tara; grandchildren, Jacob, Reece, Jack and Sam; sister, Patricia Hartman. She was predeceased by five brothers and two sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. March 20 in St. Ann’s Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus. Viewings will be held 7-8:30 p.m. March 19 in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus and 10-11 a.m. March 20 in St. Ann’s Church.
