Eleanor M. Kressley, 83, of Allentown, died March 2, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Gary M. Kressley Jr.

Born in Mechanicsville, she was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Alice (Haldaman) Ruch.

She was a graduate of Whitehall High School.

She was a life member of Rose Croix Chapter 235-OES and was a life member and past Worthy Matron of the former Jessie K. Berlin Memorial Chapter 492.

She is survived by a son, Gary M. III and fiancee Vickie Kuhns of New Tripoli; a daughter, Lori A. Ritter and husband Terry of Breinigsville; a brother, Leonard Ruch of Coplay; a sister, Lottie Gessner and husband Phillip of Whitehall; three grandchildren, Amanda Wilhelm and husband Bryan, Lauren Gruber and husband Brandon and Katelyn Folk and husband Kyle; and two great-grandchildren, Treyson and Makenzie.

She was predeceased by a son, Michael L.; a daughter-in-law, Karen L.; and nine siblings, Harold, Donald, Dale, Robert, Russell, Lois, Linda, Sharon and Edna.
