Beverly Ann Snyder
Beverly Ann Snyder, 76, of Bath, died March 5, 2025, at St. Luke’s University Hospital-Carbon, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Thomas C. Snyder Sr.
Born in North Whitehall Township, she was the daughter of the late Stanley R. Rumfield Sr. and Hattie Helen (Hummel) Rumfield.
She was a 1966 graduate of Parkland High School, a 1985 graduate of Lehigh Carbon Community College and a 1995 graduate of Dominican College with a degree in occupational therapy.
She was employed as a certified occupational therapist in Pennsylvania and Florida for 25 years working in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospitals and pediatrics until retiring in 2013.
She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Laurys Station.
In her youth, she taught Sunday school and Confirmation classes, while assisting in the nursery.
She is survived by four sons, Thomas C. Jr. with Carolyn of Schnecksville, Timothy R. with Traci of Bangor, Terry A. with Natalie of Washington Township and John T. of Wind Gap; a sister, Bonita L. Murray of Saylorsburg; a brother, Scott B. Rumfield with Donna of Northampton; eight grandchildren, Heather, Adam, Angelica, Alyssa, Gabriel, Grace, Austin and Autumn; five great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Damien, Jagger, Ellie and Tommy; many aunts and uncles; cousins; nieces; and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Stanley R. Rumfield Jr. and Allen R. Rumfield; two brothers-in-laws, Robert H. Snyder and Vance J. Murray; and a grandson, Joshua T.
There will be a calling time 9:30-11 a.m., followed by funeral services 11 a.m., March 13 at the funeral home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
