John “Chub” Krempasky, 68, a longtime resident of Whitehall, died March 4, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at home.
Born Aug. 15, 1956, in Allentown, he was the son of the late John S. and Julia (Barna) Krempasky.
He was the loving husband of Denise (DeLong) Krempasky for 38 years until her death in 2015.
He attended Whitehall High School and began working at age 16, holding various jobs before finding his niche at LVR Inc., where he was employed for 35 years.
He loved riding his Harley, especially taking long rides with his wife.
He never met a stranger, befriending everyone he would meet.
A kind and amiable man, he was always ready to lend a helping hand wherever and whenever he could.
His survivors include children Keith A. Warmkessel Jr. and wife, Stacey, of Slatington; Jeneanne Kay, wife of Kevin Gombert of Slatington; John M. Krempasky of Summit Hill, and Jason M. Krempasky and wife, Brandy, of Whitehall; sisters, Joan, wife of Greg Glover of Whitehall; Jayne, wife of William Bonnell, of Black Creek, Wis.; and brother Jim, husband of Dan Gray, of Valrico, Fla.; grandchildren: Keith A. III, Amanda, Kayla, Jayden and Caleb; several nieces and nephews; many cousins; and his wife’s brother, sisters, their spouses, and many friends and co-workers.
The family invites relatives and friends to gather 11 a.m.-1 p.m. March 14 in Gilbert Funeral Home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall, PA 18052.
