SALISBURY: “The Hello Girls”

Salisbury High School brings forgotten history to life with “The Hello Girls,” 7 p.m. March 13, 14, 15; 2 p.m. March 16, auditorium, Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., Salisbury Township.

With music and lyrics by Peter Mills, and book by Peter Mills and Cara Reichel, the musical spotlights American women serving in the Signal Corps Female Telephone Operators Unit during World War I. Bilingual in English and French, they improved communications along the Western Front.
