Roger C. Noss, 89, formerly of Kempton, died March 2, 2025 in Bethlehem.

He was the husband of the late Jean S. (Adam) Noss, who died in 1999.

Born in Barto, he was the son of the late Reinhold and Beatrice (Buchanan) Noss.

He was a machine operator for the Glen Gery Brick Co., Shoemakersville, for more than 40 years until retiring in 1997.

He loved farming and particularly enjoyed hauling hay for his neighbor to various farms throughout Lancaster County.

He also enjoyed hunting and spending time outdoors.

He attended Jacob’s Church in New Tripoli.

Survivors include his daughters Brenda L. Noss, with whom he last resided, and Lorraine J. Henninger of Wyomissing; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sisters Shirley, Esther, Ruth and Irene.

He was predeceased by his son, David; and siblings Jean, Sandra, Lester, Leroy, and Lloyd.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. March 7 in Jacob’s Church, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, with a calling hour at 10 a.m.

Interment in the adjoining cemetery. The Rev. Stanley C. Newton will officiate.
