spread the word of Jesus
David M. Benic, 58, of Weisenberg Township, died on Feb. 21, 2025, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
The loving husband of Ranae F. (Behler) Benic, the couple was married 34 years last May.
Born in Akron, Ohio, he was the youngest and an adoring son of the late John and Carole (Kusnir) Benic.
He had various jobs to support himself in the early years but found his calling ministering to others.
He spent most of his life spreading the joy and word of Jesus Christ.
He and his wife spent five years having a Christian DJ music ministry.
They also had an online vitamin supplement company for 10 years that believed in Christian values, focusing on customers’ health, not their money.
His interests included the love and care of his dogs, feeding birds, enjoying God’s creatures, and listening to Christian music.
He taught himself graphic design and had a talent for writing, using both to spread the word of Jesus online.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Gregory of Columbia, Lancaster County, and niece Kimberly.
