Union Lutheran Church, 5500 Route 873, Schnecksville, is accepting applications from crafters for the Larry E. Snyder Memorial Craft Show planned for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 5.
Developed by church member Snyder, the show was a great success for many years around the Christmas holidays until it was discontinued in 2020.
The event will include a bake sale, lunch and a craft section for kids.

The Union Lutheran youth group is also making plans for a yard sale 8 a.m.-2 p.m. May 3.
They, too, are accepting reservations from people interested in participating.
The Rev. Herb Gifford will be leading Faith Forum sessions 10:15 a.m. at Union Lutheran Sundays through March.
Gifford will explore the story of how Jesus, an obscure carpenter, became Savior of the world.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 1415 Rising Sun Road, Laurys Station, will have a worship service at 7:30 p.m. Ash Wednesday, March 5.
Pastor James Gottwald observes Lent is a good time for devotional reading, an opportunity to examine our lives and look to the Easter message.
Gottwald provides a daily list of scripture readings focusing on grief as a theme for this Lenten season.
Starting noon March 12, the readings may be discussed every Wednesday through April 9 over a soup lunch in fellowship hall.

People of all ages are invited to dress up as a Dr. Seuss character for the 8 a.m. and the 10:30 a.m. worship services and the in between children’s church on March 2 at Union United Church, Neffs.
The Ash Wednesday service will take place at 7 a.m. March 5.

The community is welcome to a program of piano and organ music at Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, 3 p.m. March 2.
Performers include Blake Hopper and Jacob Roth, who will perform some duets.
A hymn sing rounds out the program.
A freewill offering will be directed to California Wildfire Relief.
Snacks and refreshments will be served after the concert.
