Theresa Rosencranz, 95, formerly of Northampton, died Feb. 18, 2025, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. She was the wife of the late Marcus J. “Max” Rosencranz.

Born in Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Alois and Paulina (Stranzl) Hafner.

She was a sewing machine operator at the former Penn State Mills in Allentown.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society.

She was a member of Catholic War Veterans Post 454’s women’s auxiliary.

She is survived by two daughters, Michele White and Monica Lindsay and husband William; two sons, Martin and wife Ry and Michael and wife Tracy; a daughter-in-law, Virginia; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Mark; a sister, Pauline; and a brother, John.

There will be a visitation 11-11:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial noon, Feb. 28 at the church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton, 18067.
