Anne Hilaire Tallarico, a lifetime Bethlehem resident, died on February 16, 2025, at home. She was a daughter of the late Jane and Emile Hilaire. She was the wife of the late John James Tallarico; they owned and operated the Linden Food Market for many years. She was a Liberty HS graduate.

She was a long-time parishioner of St. Anne’s Catholic Church.

She participated in softball, volleyball and swimming in high school. She continued that love of athletics throughout her life. She was a bridge player in her Moravian Village community. She was sewing expert.

She is survived by four children, John Tallarico Jr. (Joanna), Jean Richmond (James), Mimi Stephens (Tim) and Paul Tallarico; eight grandchildren, John Michael Tallarico, Zachary Tallarico, Julia Tallarico Spinelli, James Richmond, Jr., Steven Richmond, Andrew Richmond, Elyse Stephens and Timothy Stephens Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Santino and Giovanna Spinelli; and a baby (Richmond) due any day.

She was predeceased by five sisters and two brothers.
