John B. Laufik, 58, of North Whitehall Township, died Feb. 13, 2025, in the The Atrium of Allentown.

Born Sept. 19, 1966, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Frederick B. and Sophie (Kosht) Laufik.

He was employed in the Good Shepherd Work Experience Program for several years.

A graduate of Mercy Day School, he was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, (Egypt) Whitehall.

His survivors include cousin and guardian, Kathy M. Albert and her husband, Brian, with whom he resided; aunt and uncle, Evelyn J. and Bernard T. Slusaw of Coplay; cousin, Gregory M. Slusaw and his wife, Kathy, cousin, Donna (Kosht) Laux and her husband, Allan, cousin, Gloria (Sipics) Hutchins and her husband Joe, cousin, Barbara (Sipics) Ebner and her husband, Richard, and cousin, Frank Sipics Jr. and his wife, Rita.

A private graveside service will be held at Assumption B.V.M. Cemetery, Northampton.

There will be no calling hours.
