To the Editor:

Can somebody explain to me why the Democrats and their protesters are having a problem with all the fraud and excessive spending they are finding through the DOGE team?

For example, let’s say that you own a company. Every year you audit your books to find out how things are going. During the audit, you find assets missing, overspending on certain items and sometimes no receipts at all. Wouldn’t you start investigating what’s going on? Of course, you would.

Well, that’s all that DOGE is doing and it’s very well overdue!

As I heard a commentator say the other day, the only politicians that are complaining are probably the ones gaining from the fraud and waste. Otherwise, why would they be against spending our tax money wisely and cutting cost? Remember when the Democrats were going to hire 87,000 more IRS agents to try and find a couple hundred bucks from a guy making $50,000 a year? But when they are caught spending millions of dollars a year for frivolous items and are probably getting kickbacks in the process, they protest. What a country!
