• Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative free community meal (for low-income Whitehall Township and Coplay Borough residents), 4-6 p.m., at Whitehall Bible Fellowship Church, 3300 Seventh St. Meals are guaranteed for the first 100 guests. Information: church office at 610-434-8661

• Warm Up Wednesdays free soup initiative (for the Catasauqua community), 4-6 p.m., at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., Catasauqua. Games, karaoke and puzzles will be available 6-8 p.m.
• Dance It Out cardio and strength workout, 6:30-7:30 p.m., in the multipurpose room at Siegfried Elementary School, 1677 Lincoln Ave. Bring water and optional 1- to 3-pound weights or dumbbells.
