DUI

A 29-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested for driving under the influence after he allegedly abandoned his vehicle in a middle turn lane along Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 12:03 p.m. Dec. 31, 2024, and was seen walking west, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. When troopers located him he also allegedly “was in possession of narcotics,” according to a news release from authorities.

A 25-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the area of Dalton and Evergreen streets in Emmaus borough 2:29 a.m. Feb. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Harassment

A 18-year-old female, of Bath, was arrested for harassment after she allegedly bit another person on the leg during an argument at a location along Pioneer Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:09 a.m. Jan. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Terroristic threats

A caller to retailer Five Below, 833 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, made vague threats by phone, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 6:19 p.m. Jan. 29.

Theft

Someone removed an iPhone, valued at $1,300, from a location along Shimerville Road, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Jan. 14.

Fraud

Someone allegedly made an unauthorized transfer of funds from a bank account at Salem Bible Church, Salem Bible Church Road, Upper Milford Township, sometime between Nov. 14 and Dec. 4, 2024, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
