At the Jan. 22 meeting, in addition to the re-election vote and approval of the 2025 planning commission meeting schedule, planners voted 6-0, with one planner absent, to approve the minor subdivision project of LTD Renovations, LLC. to subdivide a property at 900 E. Paoli St. into two parcels. Lot No. 1 will be 5,700-square feet. Lot No. 2 will be 5,695-square feet. The property is vacant. It is in the R4, Medium Density Residential zoning district.
Before the vote, Salisbury Township Consulting Engineer Stan Wojciechowski, department head, Municipal Engineering Services, Barry Isett & Associates, Inc., said the plan included two waiver requests, concerning 42-foot cartway width and sidewalks. “There are no sidewalks in that area,” Wojciechowski said.
The developer is to pay a $2,000 recreation fee to the township.
As part of the subdivision approval, planners voted 6-0 to approve two deferrals for the cartway width and sidewalks.
