PSSA and Keystone testing dates announced

Salisbury Township School District has officially announced the Pennsylvania System School Assessment and Keystone testing dates. The district strongly urges families not to schedule vacations during these windows.

Salisbury Elementary School students taking the PSSA will take the English Language Arts test April 23-25 and math April 28-29.

Salisbury Middle School students taking the PSSAs will take the ELA test April 23-25, math April 28-29 and science May 1-2.

SMS students taking the Keystone for Algebra 1 will take the test May 13-14. Salisbury High School students will take the Keystones for Algebra 1 test May 12-13, biology test May 14-15 and literature test May 19-20.

Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Eligible children must be five by Aug. 31. Enrollment is available online at salisburysd.org/kindergarten.

Screenings will be held May 5-8 and summer screenings held July 31. There will be kindergarten school bus tours and rides 8-11 a.m. Aug. 7 as well as noon to 3 p.m. Aug. 18.

A parent/guardian information session will be held 5:30-6:30 p.m. Aug. 14. Kindergarten “Meet the Teacher” night will be 7-8:15 p.m. Aug. 20 and the kindergarten class will have its first day of school Aug. 25. We look forward to meeting the next incoming class of young Falcons!

Registration is now open for spring in house baseball. They now have T-ball, coach pitch and minor divisions. Registration is completely online and closes March 9. For more information, or to register, visit SYASports.net.
