Alvernia University
Bethlehem area residents Naftali Sarara and Ethan Staples were named to the Alvernia University dean’s list for the Fall 2024 semester. Srara is an electrical engineering major and Ethan Staples is a finance major.
Bucknell University
Five Bethlehem area students were named on Bucknell University fall semester 2024-25, dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean’s list recognition.
Those included are Isabella JeBran, Environmental Studies; Mathew Johnston, Mechanical Engineering, Marisa Lamparella, Undeclared Management; Kasey Royse, Early Childhood Education and Christian Spugnardi, Economics.
Kutztown University
Several area students were named to the Kutztown University Fall 2024 dean’s list. To be eligible, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum grade-point average of 3.60.

Southern New Hampshire University
Jayton Smith, of Bethlehem, was named to Southern New Hampshire University’s September to December 2024 fall dean’s list. The full-time undergraduate student earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 and12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer for the reporting term to be included on the list.
