on dean’s list
Local residents were among more than 1,650 students named to the dean’s list for the 2024 fall semester at The University of Scranton, Scranton, Pa.
The dean’s list recognizes students for academic excellence.
A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the Dean’s List.
The list includes students from the Jesuit university’s College of Arts and Sciences, Kania School of Management and the Leahy College of Health Sciences.
Students added to the fall 2024 dean’s list are:
Allentown: Jack S. Bowser, a junior political science major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences, Alexander P. Kichline, a senior finance major in the University’s Kania School of Management, Margaret A. Schairer, a senior early and primary education major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences, Nicole M. Stofko, a junior nursing major in the University’s Leahy College of Health Sciences;
Breinigsville: Brian T. Hard, a freshman kinesiology major in the University’s Leahy College of Health Sciences;
Fogelsville: Lucas T. Cardiges, a senior biology major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences; and
Orefield: Grace M. Werteen, a junior journalism and electronic media major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
