Francine W. Kramer, 75, formerly of Lower Macungie Township, died Jan. 20, 2025, at Phoebe Allentown. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. and A. Lucille (Koons) Singer.

She was a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School, Class of 1967 and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Emmaus.

She was known for her strong will and love and support for her family and community.

Devoted to her Catholic faith and proud of her Irish heritage, she was also an avid reader, a masterful decorator and a true lover of the beach and a good laugh.

She was involved in many local community and church organizations throughout her life. She took great pride in her volunteer work as a Eucharistic minister at Lehigh Valley Hospital and her role as a dedicated member of the LAOH, a nonprofit organization supporting Irish Catholic women in the U.S.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Mark D.; daughters, Shannon (Keith Sims), Erin (Brandi Draper); seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Jan. 30 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton streets, Allentown. A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 31 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus.
