Rep. Gary Day, R-187th, took the oath of office Jan. 7 to begin his term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Day was elected in November 2024 to serve a two-year term representing the 187th Legislative District.
Day previously represented the 187th District from 2008-22.
During his tenure, he built a conservative voting record and passed key legislation benefiting homeowners and military personnel.
The 187th Legislative District includes Macungie and Alburtis boroughs and the townships of Upper Macungie (in part), Lower Macungie, Weisenberg, Lynn, Heidelberg and Washington.
