Hit and run

A vehicle struck a fence and a wall in a hit-and-run crash at a residence along Vera Cruz Road in Upper Milford Township Jan. 1.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, a vehicle was eastbound on Mill Road, approaching the intersection with Vera Cruz Road, at approximately 1:20 a.m. The intersection was described as having a “properly posted stop sign.” The motorist allegedly did not stop at the intersection, crossed both lanes of Vera Cruz Road and drove on to the property of a residence in the 4500 block of Vera Cruz Road, striking the fence and a rock wall. The vehicle then left the scene.
