Interested soup lovers can also learn to make gumbo with James Beard nominated Chef Lee Chizmar! Chef Chizmar, co-owner of Bolete and Mr. Lee’s Noodles, led a sold-out demonstration at last year’s Souper Bowl and will be teaching attendees of the 12:45 p.m. demonstration how to make delicious gumbo for your game day celebrations.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get insight from a James Beard Foundation nominee – both for Best Chef and Outstanding Restaurant – in an intimate setting.

The demonstration will last about 45 minutes, giving plenty of time for Souper Bowl ticket holders to get to both events! You do not have to have a Souper Bowl ticket in order to attend this demonstration.

Please note that Souper Bowl XV and the demonstration with Chef Lee Chizmar are two separate ticketed events.
