Liberty’s swimmers added two wins to their record over Pocono Mountain East, 96-63 (girls), and 93-65 (boys) on Jan. 14 at Liberty.
Top performers for the Hurricane girls were the 200 medley relay team of Audrey Bloss-Ferry, Leah Onia, Katie Bruno, and Lilah McClarin (2:03.86).
Bruno went on to win the 200 freestyle (2:21.35), Onia won the 200 IM (2:33.55), and McClarin won the 50 free (27.80).
Bloss-Ferry took first place in the 100 butterfly (1:04.53), and Onia was first in the 500 free (6:13.60).
Bruno, Sophia O’Hara, Amelia Paxton, and Bloss-Ferry came in first in the 200 free relay (1:53.49).
Top performers for the Hurricane boys were the 200 medley relay team of David Gabrielle, Adam Barlow, Logan Malozi, and John Cornish (1:44.65).
Everett Collins won the 200 free (1:58.41), Gabrielle came in first in the 200 IM (2:10.03), and Cornish sprinted to first place in the 50 free (24.45).
Barlow took first place in the 100 fly (54.42) and the 500 free (5:33.09), Gabrielle won the 100 free (47.54), and Andrew Bays won the 100 backstroke (1:08.24).
Robert Coddington, Nolan Malozi, Logan Malozi, and Barlow won the 200 free relay (1:40.89).
This week, the Hurricanes will take a road trip to Emmaus before hosting Nazareth on Jan. 28.
