Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., will be holding bingo Jan. 26. The start time of the cash bingo is 1 p.m., with doors opening noon. Bingo will continue with tricky tray, 50/25/25 raffle, piggy number, lightning game and more.

There will be refreshments available for purchase.

Bring a nonperishable food item, pet food or paper product (facial tissues, paper towels or toilet paper) donation and receive a strip of specials to be played on the first four specials (not the jackpot).

Remember the community center has increased the cash prize payouts.

The men’s breakfast group of St. John’s United Church of Christ is next scheduled to meet 8:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at Hamilton Family Restaurant, 2027 Hamilton St., Allentown.

St. John’s UCC, 575 Grape St., will be having a Super Bowl tailgate party and Family Feud night 6-9 p.m. Feb. 8 in Fox Hall. The meal includes chili, cornbread, desserts and beverages, followed by teams playing Family Feud.

Bring a can of soup for Souper Bowl of Caring to support Whitehall Food Pantry. Wear clothing of your favorite football team.

A sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board at the back of the sanctuary or you can call the church office at 610-264-8421. Let us know the number coming and if you are willing to donate any of the meal items.
