Thursday, Jan. 16: Crudite, turkey tetrazzini, collard greens, pecan pudding.

Friday, Jan. 17: Broccoli cheese soup, coconut mango tilapia, wild rice blend, Scandinavian blend, vegetables, banana.

Monday, Jan. 20: Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Tuesday, Jan. 21: Chicken noodle soup, hot shredded roast beef on Kaiser roll, three bean salad, Mandarin oranges, cake and ice cream.

Wednesday, Jan. 22: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, Capri blend mixed vegetables, shortbread cookie.

Thursday, Jan. 23: Beef vegetable soup, chicken Kiev, orzo w/ spinach, cauliflower au gratin, wheat roll w/ margarine, cheesecake w/ cherry topping.
