Walter J. Sajkowicz, 85, of Whitehall, died Dec. 30, 2024, after a battle with cancer. He was the husband of Fran (DiMiceli) for 28 years.

Born in Poland, he was a son of the late Stella and Frank Sajkowicz.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Heidelberg, Germany.

He was employed at Mack Trucks and retired from Prior Coated Metals in Allentown as a senior coater.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM Catholic Church, Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Tina Beck and Tracy O’Donnell with John; two stepdaughters, Barbara Rivello with Rocky and Andrea Ritz, six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and a great-grandson to be born in July.
