A 30-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Dec. 4, 2024, with allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and numerous traffic and title offenses after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.
DUI
A 25-year-old male, of North Carolina, was charged Nov. 28, 2024, with allegedly driving under the influence fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, recklessly endangering another person and numerous traffic and title offenses after a motor vehicle crash in the area of South Meadow Street and West Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A package, valued at $250, was removed from a porch at a location in the 2500 block of Lindberg Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 24, 2024.
Various pieces of clothing, sunglasses and electronic equipment were removed from a residence in the 1200 block of Trapps Lane, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 30, 2024.
Identity theft
A resident of the 2600 block of East Texas Boulevard learned her personal information was used without her permission to open a Verizon account, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 27, 2024.
Scam
A resident of the 800 block of East Federal Street purchased an item over the Internet by paying through a money transfer service and tech gift cards, according to Salisbury police. The purchase was not delivered and calls to the seller were not answered or returned, according to authorities. The incident was reported Dec. 3, 2024.
Truancy
A 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, both of Allentown, were charged Dec. 3, 2024, with alleged violation of juvenile compulsory school attendance after accruing an excessive amount of school absences, according to Salisbury police.
Community justice panel
A 17-year-old female, of Allentown, was referred to the community justice panel Dec. 3, 2024, for alleged possession of a tetrahydrocannabinol nicotine vape at Salisbury Township High School. 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
