“Elevate Your Health & Wellness Expo” will be held 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Jan. 11, Delta by Marriott, 7736 Adrienne Drive, Breinigsville.

The event is free and open to the public.

With the theme, “New Year, New You: Wellness Awaits,” the expo will feature more than 50 local vendors, demonstrations, family-friendly activities and presentations.

Proceeds from vendor purchases benefit KidsPeace.

The community event is co-hosted by Lisa MacDonald of Imperfection is Beautiful and Seth Rubin of Network Lehigh Valley.

“Creating the Health & Wellness Expo felt like the perfect way to support the community and amplify the reach of small businesses dedicated to wellness,” said Lisa MacDonald, event co-founder.

“Yes, we are helping to raise funds for KidsPeace, but we are also creating a space where people can find the tools and support they need to embrace wellness in their lives,” MacDonald said.

Highlights of the Expo:

• KidsPeace Spotlight: Participate in discussions and workshops on youth mental health and resilience, hosted by the KidsPeace.

• Vendor Showcase: Explore health and wellness products and services from more than 50 small businesses, offering everything from fitness tips to holistic remedies.

• Interactive Demonstrations: Engage with regional health experts presenting about fitness, mindfulness and nutrition.

• Family Activities: Enjoy face-painting, a photo booth, and creative stations designed to entertain and inspire children.

• Notable Guests: Inspirational speakers, including fitness expert Brad Modrich and PharmD Nutrition Expert Melissa Hettrich, will share their journeys and wellness advice.

• Mental Health Awareness Runway Show: A youth runway show with models bringing awareness to mental health by expressing how they have personally overcome challenges through art and style.
