Thursday, Jan. 2: Holiday meal: Pork and sauerkraut, garlic mashed potatoes, buttered green beans, whole-wheat dinner roll, chocolate brownie. Lite: Grilled chicken BLT, four bean salad, whole-wheat sandwich roll, fresh fruit salad.

Friday, Jan. 3: Hot: Garlic herb butter fish, buttered peas and pearl onions, whole-wheat mac and cheese, whole-wheat roll, fresh fruit salad. Lite: Egg salad sandwich, broccoli salad, whole-wheat bread, fresh pear.

Monday, Jan. 6: Hot: Breaded pork patty, roasted root vegetables, Brussels sprouts, whole-wheat dinner roll, strawberry banana applesauce. Lite: Ham and cheddar sandwich, cole slaw, whole-wheat bread, pineapple.
