Patrick Groh, 31, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 12, 2024, for alleged simple assault and harassment in the 400 block of Beechwood Street, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Preston Lamar Jordan, 37, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 30, 2024, in the 200 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and obstructed display of registration plate, according to Emmaus police.

Dawn Michele Baker, 49, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 9, 2024, in the 400 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals and general lighting requirements, according to Emmaus police.

Michael Christopher Hill Jr., 30, of, Albrightsville, was arrested Nov. 10, 2024, in the area of East Main Street and State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, required financial responsibility, registration and certificate of title required and general lighting requirements, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

Lauryn Best, 39, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 2, 2024, for alleged retail theft second offense less than $150 and simple possession after an incident at a business in the 700 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Russell Silverstein, 43 of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 13, 2024, for alleged retail theft over $150 after multiple incidents at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Miscellaneous items with a total value of $101.49 were removed from a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 13, 2024.

Devin Joseph Rice, 18, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 4, 2024, in the unit block of Elm Street for alleged theft of mail less than $200, according to Emmaus police.
