Bruce C. Kothenbeutel, 62, of New Ringgold, formerly of Palmerton, died Dec. 26, 2024, at his residence.

He was the husband of the late Patricia Anne (Rinker) Kothenbeutel.

Born March 29, 1962, in Mason City, Iowa, he was the son of the late Harold Frederick and Betty Jean (Marth) Kothenbeutel.

He served the U.S. Navy during a peacetime era.

A member of Laborer Local 158, he was a pipe foreman for many years.

His survivors include daughters Kelly D. Ebert (Kevin) of New Tripoli, Stacy M. Creyer (Don) of Walnutport, Anne M. Green of Kunkletown, and Patricia A. Packard of Palmerton; sister Beverly Girodt (Don) of Indiana, and Leland Kothenbeutel of Wisconsin; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and beloved dogs, Otis and Baloo.

He was predeceased by siblings Daryl Kothenbeutel, Merlene Sullivan and Gary Kothenbeutel.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Jan. 22 at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown.

There will be no calling hours.
