Members of the Kuhnsville Lions Club continued their annual tradition of sponsoring a Christmas party for individuals with hearing difficulties Dec. 14 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fogelsville.
Those attending were treated to lunch provided by the members of both St. John’s UCC and St. John’s Lutheran Church, also in Fogelsville.
Cake, cookies and other goodies were also on the menu and there was singing and signing of Christmas carols and songs.
Of course, Santa Claus made an appearance but didn’t arrive empty-handed as he handed out gift cards to the attendees.
As always, it was a delightful day for both the hearing-impaired, as well as the volunteers and supporters of those special people.
