Wednesday, Dec. 18: Christmas meal: Chicken Cordon Bleu, loaded mashed potatoes, fresh roasted vegetables, roll w/ margaine, cheesecake.

Thursday, Dec. 19: Beef vegetable soup, Chicken Kiev, orzo w/ spinach, cauliflower au gratin, wheat roll w/ margarine, vanilla pudding.

Friday, Dec. 20: Chili con carne over rice, warm cornbread, broccoli cuts, fruit cocktail.

Monday, Dec. 21: Swiss steak, rice, kale root vegetable blend, egg custard pie. Tuesday, Dec. 22: Split pea soup, cheese ravioli, Italian c, Italian bread w/ margarine, chocolate pudding.
