Mary E. Swoyer, 72, of Allentown, died on Dec. 4, 2024, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Arlene L. (Boehmler) and Leon S. Swoyer.

She was a 1969 graduate of Dieruff High School.

Her survivors include a brother, Allen W.; niece Maribeth Yanders and husband, Rick; nephew Allen C. and wife, Tiffany; great-nieces Bree and Izzy Henkel, Lexi Swoyer, and Jocelyn Blessing.

She was predeceased by her brother, William F.

Her services will be private.

Contributions may be made to an animal charity of one’s choice.
